TEDxCharlotte 2022

We are so excited to invite you to the first in-person TEDxCharlotte since 2019. Due to some Steering Committee shifts, we now have a new licensee. Per TED rules, each new licensee has to do a limited in-person event before qualifying for a larger in-person event. So, we are holding a limited in-person event and unlimited livestream. You can register for either event here.

Day of the Event:

• 8:30am - Doors open
• 9:00am - Program begins
• 11:00am - Break
• 1:00pm - Program ends

Event Day Logistics:

• Parking is FREE .There will be an attendant to help way-finding.
• We will have a limited number of t-shirts for sale. We accept credit/debit cards but cash is fastest.
• Only ticketed attendees are allowed to enter. 
• There will be volunteers and organizers there to help. If you need anything or have any questions, please ask! 

Health & Safety:

Based on current legal mandates, TEDxCharlotte does not require attendees to be fully vaccinated or have a negative PCR test to attend the event. However, we do strongly encourage all attendees to be fully vaccinated and obtain a negative PCR test prior to attending the event. All attendees will be required to wear a mask in all public indoor spaces. Please note, these rules are subject to change in order to comply with evolving local, state, and federal COVID-19 rules as well as changing circumstances with COVID-19. Your participation at TEDxCharlotte will also require that you comply with all rules or precautions set by TEDxCharlotte to reduce the spread of COVID-19, as well as the rules and requirements of the venue and any federal, state, and local COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of the event.
