Following the success of TEDx Coolhaven Women in 2025, one message rang clear from our community: leadership is high on the agenda. In conversations both on stage and off, it became evident that people across Rotterdam and the Netherlands are rethinking what it means to lead and who gets to do it.

In response, we’re excited to bring you TEDx Coolhaven Women Salon: Leadership Redefined - an intimate gathering designed to dive deeper into the evolving face of leadership today. The event will feature three diverse and inspiring speakers who are challenging traditional models and showing us how leadership can be inclusive, collaborative, and courageous.

From grassroots changemakers to quiet disruptors, we’ll hear new perspectives that reflect the richness of our city and the complexity of the world we’re leading in. It’s a smaller event, but the ideas will be bold.
