Teddy Bear Camp offers a unique adventure for any stuffed animal belonging to children between the ages of five and twelve. After you drop off your fuzzy friend at Morrisson-Reeves Library, staff members from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources will take them on a special tour to explore local history and historic buildings across Indiana. You can follow along with their journey by checking for photos of their exciting activities on DNR's Facebook page. At the end of the week, every stuffed animal and their owner will be named a Junior Indiana Preservationist and receive an official certificate. Participants also get a digital photo album that documents every stop on the trip.
Stuffed animals can be picked up on Friday, May 15, between 3:00 pm and 5:30 pm at MRL.
