Technique Workshops with Sean & Mikaela

This 4-week block of West Coast Swing classes is on Sundays at 8pm at Underdog dance studio. Each week in the block covers a different fundamental concept, and drop-ins are allowed as long as there is space.

NOTE: Students who have participated in at least 3 weeks of Level 1 class are welcome to join!

Dates:

• July 2`1 - How to dance with rhythm (Sean & Mikaela)
• July 28 - How to connect with your partner (Sean)
• August 4 - How to use your frame (Sean & Mikaela)

• August 11 - How to balance & turn (Sean & Mikaela)

Time: Class 8-9 pm

• $80+HST for the 4-week block
• $25+HST per class drop-in
• If you're registered in our regular curriculum class block for the same session (Level 1A, B, or C, Level 1.5, or Level 2) you get 15% off the entire 4-week block ($68+HST) - use code BEYOND

Masks and vaccinations are no longer required for public events. Please do your best to keep yourself and your community safe. This means if you are sick, please do not come to class, and if you have been exposed it is recommended that you wear a mask to protect the safety of our community and fellow dancers. If you are sick prior to an event please contact us for a refund minus Eventbrite's booking fees. If you are sick at an event (sniffling/coughing) you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Class passes and workshops will not be refunded except under extreme circumstances, but can be transferred to the next class block if necessary (must be requested), or to another person of the same role (leader/follower).

You will be asked to sign a Waiver and Media Release (photos and videos taken during the even may be used in promotional materials or posted on social media). If you have questions about the Waiver prior to purchasing your event pass, please contact us. You cannot participate in Remix Swing events without signing the Waiver.

All participants must be 18+ years old.
