Join Chef Dallas as he demonstrates how to make his favorite heartwarming soups great for the chilly months of the year.
About this Event

Do you need to upgrade your soup recipes this winter season? Join Chef Dallas to learn firsthand how to make some of his favorite heartwarming soups.

Class check-in is at 4:45 pm and we will start promptly at 5:00 pm.

Menu:

  • French Onion Soup- Classic beef broth and onion soup, topped with a crouton and cheese then broiled till bubbly and brown.
  • Black Bean and Poblano Soup- roasted poblano peppers, black beans, sour cream and seasonings make up this pureed soup.
  • Irish Stew- Chunks of lamb, potatoes and vegetables simmered together for a hearty stew.
  • Winter Squash Soup- Roasted winter squash and a blend of seasonings make up this pureed soup that will keep your winter warm.

What is the cancellation policy?

Class registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the class date. Class registrations are non-refundable less than 7 days prior to the class. Missed classes may not be made up.

The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards and to change recipes based on product availability.

*It is extremely rare for a class to be canceled due to weather.

Is there an age requirement?

Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian.

Is there a dress code?

This is a hands-on cooking event. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. For safety reasons, please do not wear shorts, skirts or sandals. If you have long hair, please pull it back during class.
