TOPICS:
- Ffion Dunn of Comfortech will present key lessons from recent code changes, with a focus on sustainable insulation solutions and high‑performing NZ‑made systems that support H1 compliance.
- David Cole of DriSpace will demonstrate interactive installation‑based activities for solutions to internal moisture, condensation, and overheating—highlighting airtightness, energy‑efficient design, and circular, low‑waste building‑product systems.
- David Eccles-Hall of Roofing Industries will highlight how moisture, ventilation, and indoor air quality interact within roof and attic spaces, and the risks when these systems are mismanaged. It provides designers with practical building-science insight to support more resilient roof and attic ventilation decisions.
- Matthew Collie of STO NZ will present and demonstrate external façade insulation and plaster cladding solutions for solid masonry construction, focusing on energy-efficient design and durability.
