Women in Tech | AI Workshop | Leadership & Innovation Program
TechHER Forward: The AI Empowerment Journey is a transformative 4-week women’s empowerment and AI leadership program under the Resilient Woman Initiative, designed to help women build confidence, career readiness, and financial independence through artificial intelligence.
This hybrid AI workshop series (virtual + in-person) is led by Tara Myshrall, a visionary technology leader with over 20 years of experience in technology, data, and innovation. The program supports women from all backgrounds who want to develop future-ready skills, explore AI innovation, and step into leadership within the digital economy.

This culminating session features the TechHER Forward AI Innovation Challenge, where participants pitch AI app concepts that address real-world issues such as:

Participants will learn how to:

- Use storytelling to pitch AI solutions
- Present innovative concepts to a live audience
