Our special guests are Helen and Navin from TANK to talk about the impact of employee burnout from the perspective of impact on business for leaders (legal liability, compliance pressure, talent drain and productivity hit) and also how to avoid burnout from a personal perspective. This topic feels incredibly relevant at the moment and we think it is going to be a brilliant session!
As usual, we will hear from our speakers, have a short Q&A panel and the majority of the evening will be in breakout groups to support and connect on a personal level.
