A staff member will use Be Connected, an Australian government initiative committed to building the confidence, digital skills, and online safety of older Australians, to lead a group learning activity. All you need to do is book yourself in with our desk staff or online through Humanitix. Each month will have a new topic to work through. Join us for a social chat with a cuppa to learn about some digital basics so you can feel safe and confident, participating in today’s digital world. Each month we take the topic and discuss as a group with guidance from a staff member to answer questions and provide further resources. There will also be an opportunity to learn how to use the Be Connected online resources to continue learning at home.Topic Schedule for 2026
