Don't know what to do with all those tomatoes? Come along to this fun, interactive workshop with Miriam Yip from Preserve and Serve to learn how to make passata and make the most of your crop all year round.
Miriam will take us through all the steps, from preparing the tomatoes, to pulping them in our fabulous Fabio Leonardi tomato machine, and safely bottling the sauce.
GEC will be launching a DIY Kitchen Hire service in March 2026 so you will be able to borrow Fabio to use at home. We will also have Fowlers Vacola preserving units, food dehydrators, and beer brewing kits for hire.
