About this Event
This wonderous fable filled with mysticism and thruth tells the story of young Miguel, a creative story teller and irrespressible "bocon," or big moumth, who loses his voice when his parents are taken! Miguels only choice is to embark alone on a treacherous journey "north"! He meets up wiht mythical guides including the infamous misundertood "La Lloran!" Will Green Coyotes, Tricky Veijitas, and an Ominous Immigration Judge, keep Miguel from his destination, or will they guide him and help him find his voice…?!?
Miguel's story is relevant to immigrant children old and new, and to any child who is learning the many meanings of finding one's own ‘voice’.
