After the success of House of Trixie Blue & Richard Shepherd Photography collaboration back in 2015 onwards, we are BACK to offer you a photoshoot experience that will make you feel like a SUPERSTAR at THE HOLY HOBO.
We have designed this day as an affordable way to capture your burlesque act/pin up posing to get the all important images for your keepsake box or even for professional promotional images for your act/modelling portfolio.
Don't worry if your posing skills are limited to 'selfie', with our combined photography and modelling experience, we will gently guide you along the way to get the perfect shot.

How to book:
We would absolutely love to have you part of this photoshoot day. Booking is essential and spaces are extremely limited and everyone will be allocated a slot on a first come, first served basis by clicking the time you require on the booking page. 20mins duration.

About Richard Shepherd Photography
Hi, I’m Richard, I’m a photographer in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in the North East of England. You’ll find my contact details at the bottom of every page on the site.
I’ve been photographing professionally for about 5 years now, and in that time have shot many weddings, portraits, events and advertising campaigns.
My aim in photography is always to try and capture the best images I can, something that will wow, amaze and astound my client. I love watching the faces of recently married couples as they look through the images when I’ve finished editing. I’ve seen a couple go from laugh, to cry, to laugh to cry several times in the space of an hour, and that makes mine one of the most rewarding jobs I could think of.
I primarily shoot people, be it weddings, portraits, boudoir or whatever but I love to point my camera at anything and initially got into photography by touring derelict buildings to capture images of them.
I’ve had UK wide advertising campaigns with such corporate giants as Brewin Dolphin, sold images for use in overseas advertising campaigns by Volkswagen and others as well as working with more local firms to get photos of their products for websites, flyers or brochures. Although you might not see the specific type of photography you are looking for here, I have a broad range of skills and experience in most areas of photography, so please get in touch via the contact page to discuss your requirements.
I have also had my images used for many book covers for well known authors both in the UK and abroad. I still get a huge smile on my face every time a friend sends me a photo of a book they have just picked up in Tesco or wherever with my image on the front.

Established 2006 as a music tuition company, House of Trixie Blue is an enterprise of entertainment, specialising in the art of burlesque. As we love burlesque so very much, we have opened our doors to everyone aged 18+ to get involved with burlesque however they see fit. Whether is it to attend our studio or online burlesque classes, book UK national performers for your show or perhaps attend one of our shows (always book as soon as possible, as we sell out!), there is always something for everyone under our roof.
