About this Event
Join NMMA’s talented Education Department and explore how you can integrate Mexican art into your curriculum. Teachers will enjoy a guided tour of our 39th annual Day of the Dead exhibition, Día de Muertos: A Celebration of Remembrance, and learn to make nicho boxes afterward. Participants will walk away with strategies to integrate art into their existing curriculum at any grade level, along with a guide to use in the classroom.
Educators will earn 3 CPDUs in this professional development opportunity. Registration is required, and space is limited. The cost is $50 per participant, and supplies are included.
