This is an interactive group program (developed by Sinai Health, and provided for us by Alzheimer Society) for care partners of a person living with dementia, focusing on common caregiving themesincluding:
Week 1: Self-care
Week 2: Healthcare System Navigation
Week 3: Relationship Changes
Week 4: Future Planning
You will learn practical communication and coping skills and share and learn from other care partners.
4 weekly sessions, 2 hours per session, maximum 8 care partners in group
