About this Event
Nykchasia S. Scott founded TrapTranquility with the vision of merging music, movement and meditation.
With guidance from a mentor, she gained access to the Youth Authority located in Stockton,CA to provide an 8-week wellness and sound healing series for incarcerated youth. It became known as GOAT YOGA, though there were no actual goats and about 15 minutes of yoga, the community that was built from simply starting with a cup of tea left lasting impact on all involved. Initially a pilot program for incarcerated youth, Nykchasia couldn't image a more divine way to celebrate Scorpio season, turning 30, and 4 years of serving the community with tranquil sounds through TrapTranquility...this is the first time Nykchasia will take the essence of the program and make it accessible for all.

Attire: Comfortable, cozy, elevated athleisure, hoodie and sweaters, whatever will be best for you to either sit or lay down during meditation and communal activities.
