In this lunch and learn session, we’ll explore teas known for their naturally supportive properties, including turmeric-based teas and other tea blends often associated with inflammation support. Together, we’ll learn how different teas are used, what makes them unique, and simple ways to incorporate these supportive options into your daily tea routine.
