Begin your Monday in stillness.
This early morning Tea Meditation is a gentle space to slow down before the day begins - to sit, breathe, and arrive fully in yourself before moving out into the world.
While we call this practice Bowl Tea Ceremony, it’s not something that can be fully explained - it’s something you feel. The warmth of the tea, the quiet of the room, and the simplicity of the ritual create a space where the mind softens and awareness deepens.
Monday Mornings
6:30am – 7:30am
(Perfect for those heading to work)
Other sessions
Friday mornings 7:00am - 8:00am
Thursday evenings 6:30pm - 8pm
Weekends (occasionally) later in the morning
What happens in a session?
You’ll be guided into a silent tea meditation, where you simply sit with the experience - noticing your breath, your body, and whatever arises.
There’s no need to “do it right.”
The tea and the structure of the ceremony gently support you.
Afterwards, there’s an optional opportunity to share or simply carry the stillness with you into your day.

and leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded.
It’s a simple practice - but often a surprisingly powerful one.

This is an intimate gathering with limited places, allowing the space to feel quiet, supported, and personal.
