Picking from your own patch, a selection of carefully chosen Australian medicinal plants bunch by bunch and walking them into your kitchen space then creating a lovely blend with your very own pickings.
Join Sonia Marie (author of Kulin Tales and owner of Dance of the Plants) and Miranda Mueller(author of Plants of Power and owner of Go To Ground Permaculture)for a day of garden design, a morning spent planning and designing a medicinal tea garden and an afternoon spent with hands on garden building!
Through the duration of the day we will be taste testing delicious Indigenous tea blends to inspire you to grow your own apothecary tea garden at home.
The day will Include:
An in depth insight into the medicinal qualities of each plant that we will include in the design.
Design discussion including aspect,how to choose a spot for your own tea garden,how to read the sun path and successfully grow in guilds, how to plan the perfect Indigenous medicinal tea garden.
Hands on time, building soil and planting out our carefully selected medicinal plant treasure.
We will also mix and blend your own jar of Indigenous Tea together for you to take home.
A lovely seasonal shared lunch will be included on the day with a great group of like minded friends.
