Immerse yourself in the enchanting magic of Water and Light, a family-friendly light show celebrating the local environment and the evolution of the Dandenong Ranges.Appreciate the beauty of Ferntree Gully Quarry and see a 100 metre-wide plus projection illuminating the quarry cliff.
Created by Little Projector Company, Water and Light features spectacular projection mapping, a cinematic soundscape and colourful works by local artists. This is an event not to be missed!
📅 Friday 26 July and Saturday 27 July, 6pm to 9pm*
📍 Ferntree Gully Quarry Reserve, Quarry Road, Ferntree Gully
*Water and Light will be screened every half hour, starting from 6pm.
Bring your own picnic rug and torch.

- This is a smoke, vape, drug, alcohol and pet free event (assistance animals welcome)
- Limited street parking available, please adhere to parking restrictions
- The show can be viewed from the bottom of the stairs/ ramp
- The quarry is on a slope and is not suitable for chairs, please bring a picnic blanket to sit on
- It will be dark, we recommend bringing a torch
- Please dress warmly
- The show runs every half hour, with the final show commencing at 8:30pm
