Historic Roots of the Homestead Herb GardenColeen Erick will share her story on how she recreated the historic herb garden for the Homestead. Her research of similar historic gardens guided her in the selection of the herbs and gave her an understanding of the traditional uses of the herbs from culinary to medicinal.
