In celebration of the Hove Christmas Trail, we invite you to step out of the seasonal rush and into a space of warmth, stillness, and ritual.
These intimate Evening Tea & Sound sessions offer a deeply restorative 60-minute experience, blending the elegance of a traditional Chinese tea ceremony with the soothing resonance of a sound bath.

Unlike the free Sunday tasters, which offer a seated introduction, these evening sessions allow you to fully recline and immerse yourself in a gentle sound journey designed to relax the body, quiet the mind, and soothe the nervous system.

🍵 A guided Chinese tea ceremony to open the evening ritual
🎶 A deeply immersive 60-minute sound bath experienced lying down
🌿 Intimate small group setting — maximum of 3 guests per session
🪷 A calming, nurturing space to rest and reconnect

7:30 – 8:30 pm
📌 Advance booking required. Limited to 3 guests per session.

🍵 Allergy Notice

Tea served will be a non-caffeinated osmanthus & jasmine flower buds or rosebuds.
If you have allergies, please keep this in mind before booking.

🪷 Sound Bath Health Notice

The sound bath is experienced lying down and is generally gentle and deeply relaxing. However, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, sound sensitivity, or any medical concerns, please consult your GP or healthcare provider before attending.

🐶 Pet & Environment Notice

For the comfort of all guests, this event is for adults only and we kindly ask not to bring pets.
🐶 I have two small Pomeranians at home. They won’t be present during the session, but if you have dog allergies or sensitivities, please note there may be traces of pet dander.
