Tea and philosophy Join Clare for a monthly Sunday evening soirée - tea and philosophy. We will start with a short simple grounding practice, before moving into a dharma talk on the chosen theme related to embodying yoga philosophy. We will then have time to discuss this theme in group work and circle discussion. All with the help of some beautiful freshly brewed herbal teas.
This is a wonderful way to delve deeper into Yogic philosophy and connect with your yoga community. Everyone welcome! Free for members, $25 for wider community.
