Tea and Chi (Qi): The Rising of Wood

Spring is a time of growth, vision, and new beginnings. In this seasonal workshop, we explore the Wood Element, working with qigong forms that encourage flexibility, circulation, and the healthy release of stagnant energy. Together we will practice movements to support the liver and gallbladder, cultivating clarity and resilience as new life pushes forward. A spring-inspired meditation will invite visioning and renewal. Over fresh green tea, we’ll share reflections on how to align with the expansive energy of the season.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 1:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 2:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the workshop, journal, water, etc. We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
