Every Sunday at 4pm the club meet for a ruck. Each time we meet, the Ruck distance and recommended load will change. From time to time and based on the season at the end of the Ruck we will soak in the hot pools, end with a cold plunge in the river or finish with a cold drink.
Details for each ruck, any additional after ruck activities and the meeting place will be posted on this face book page.
