About this Event
The eighth edition of TDI Yearly Conference, organised by 3E Research Centre of the Brussels School of Governance (BSoG) in collaboration with DG Trade and seven leading Brussels trade law firms, thus promises to be an exciting one. TDI 2025 conference will follow its established structure of panels on the TDI practice of the Commission, on developments in the EU Courts, as well as evolutions in the WTO. In the panels, practitioners working at the coal face of trade defence both for the Union industry and exporters to the Union are combined with trade policy officials and researchers.
The speakers include e.g. Advocate-General Tamara Capeta (ECJ), Prof. Gabrielle Marceau, multiple representatives of the European Commission as well as TDI practitioners involved in the most topical cases.
