What to Know:
If your dancer is performing, he or she does not need a ticket purchased on their behalf. All dancers will remain backstage for the duration of the show.
PreK, Level 1 & Level 2 Dancers & Families:
Because our PreK, Level 1 & Level 2 dancers have a dedicated show, each of these dancers will receive two complimentary tickets to attend either the Tuesday or Wednesday evening performance to cheer on their fellow dancers (Levels 3+)! Tickets will be distributed to these families at check-in during the dress rehearsal Sunday morning/early afternoon Sunday, June 14.
Club TDC Dancers & Families:
Families with Club TDC Dancers performing in the PreK - Level 2 Show will receive 2 free tickets to this show AND 2 Free Tickets to the Levels 3+ Show (Tuesday or Wednesday). Families can apply their two free tickets to either Tuesday or Wednesday's show. Tickets will be distributed to these families at check-in during the Monday, June 15 dress rehearsal.
Levels 3+ Dancers & Families:
Families with a dancer in the Levels 3+ shows will receive 2 Free Tickets to the PreK - Level 2 Show on Sunday evening to cheer on their fellow dancers. Tickets will be distributed to these families at check-in during the Monday, June 15 dress rehearsal.
Pre-Show/Arrival:
The show will start at 6:30 PM and dancer call time will be at 5:15 PM. Sign-in is important as we want to be sure all students are accounted for.
Doors open for audience members between 5:45 PM-6:00 PM. Please note that tickets are general admission. We recommend arriving before the show start time to secure your preferred seats in the theatre, especially for a large group.
To ensure fairness for all attendees, we request that families and dancers refrain from entering the theatre to reserve seats for their families before doors open. This policy aims to provide an equal opportunity for all guests to select their preferred seating upon arrival.
Please have your ticket ready to present at the event either on your phone or printed. Due to internet service issues at the theatre, we recommend having your tickets open on your phone prior to arriving at the theatre.
Parking
There is ample free parking available at Avon High School. We recommend entering from the main drive off Detroit Road, then turning right toward the pickleball and tennis courts. You’ll find plenty of parking in that area, and the entrance to the Performing Arts Center (PAC) will be directly across from the lot.
Event Entry:
- Each person entering the theater must have a ticket for a seat, including small children if they will sit in their own seat.
- You will be required to purchase a new ticket if you are unable to present your ticket at the show.
- Tickets can be purchased at the event via credit card, debit card, or cash.
- There are no refunds.
- We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
