There are NO refunds unless a performance is cancelled or rescheduled.
In the event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, you may contact us by email at [email protected] to request a refund, or exchange. You must include the attachments from your original purchase confirmation email.
If you choose to exchange your ticket, the new ticket will be final sale and cannot be exchanged again.
In all cases, the per ticket service fee is non- refundable.
Seating is assigned on a first-come first-served basis. We recommend you arrive early for the greatest choice of seats. Please plan to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the show begins.
