About this Event

Join us in Vancouver for the next instalment of The Brand is Female Conversation Series presented by TD Women in Enterprise.

Building and scaling a company is never easy—but for women founders, especially those innovating in hardware and deep tech, the barriers can be even higher. Carlyn Loncaric knows this journey well. As the founder and CEO of AquaEye, Carlyn transformed a real-world safety challenge into a globally adopted, life-saving technology used by first responders around the world.

Inspired by her background as a lifeguard and engineer, Carlyn has built AquaEye into a mission-driven company at the intersection of innovation, public safety, and impact—navigating fundraising, manufacturing, and scale in a space where women founders remain underrepresented.

Join us for an inspiring conversation with Carlyn as she shares her entrepreneurial journey, the realities of building a high-growth tech company, and what it takes to lead with purpose while creating solutions that truly change lives.
