Our class alternates between full body, functional strength, and cardio, ending with mobility and core work and is led by a highly qualified Personal trainer and Exercise Referral Instructor.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of exercise that alternates between short periods of high-intensity cardio and body weight resistance movements lower-intensity intervals for a workout that will improve your health, cardiovascular fitness, and strength in a short amount of time!
