SEATING RULES :
You MUST BE SEATED by 11:30AM. Arrive early. Tickets not redeemed by 11:50AM will be considered late and may not receive ideal seating. Guests will not be permitted inside once the show has started. Sorry, no exceptions. Tell those "always late" friends an earlier time to arrive!
AGE RESTRICTIONS :
21+ TO ATTEND
UNDER 21 NOT PERMITTED. (Must present proof of age at the door with valid, non-expired State ID, Drivers License, Driving Permit, or Passport. No other forms accepted. No exceptions will be made.)
PARKING :
Limited spaces are available in the small paid lot directly next to Tin Roof. If full, the parking garage directly behind Tin Roof, called "ONE PARKING" (200 SW FIRST AVENUE) has plenty of spaces, as well as the "BROWARD COUNTY PARKING GARAGE", which is just one street over (100 SW 1ST AVENUE). There is also metered parallel street parking around the city, which is randomly available. We do not manage, or have any control over parking availability for this event. Please arrive early to find parking at a cost suitable for you.
REFUND POLICY :
ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any issues with food quality, or venue service must be addressed with a manager on-site, the same day during your visit.
