Celebrate Spring with Joan Caddell & The Midnight Choir! We're unplugged and intimate featuring the sweet retro sounds of a stand-up bass, mandolin, violin, accordion and guitar, interpreting the classic country songs of Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette, Kitty Wells, Johnny Cash, Joan Caddell and more.
About Tavern Concerts:
This indoor winter concert series takes place in the Guyon Tavern, located on Richmond Road. The Tavern boasts a wood-burning stove, flickering candles, live music and the true feel of a 19th century saloon. Beverage options harken back to the period and include hot spiced apple cider, homemade mulled wine, as well as a refreshing selection of beers. A variety of musical acts perform in the tavern each season. Solo acts, duos and mid-sized bands present folk songs of the young American Republic, original songs, and modern covers. Tavern Concerts provide an authentic unplugged musical experience true to the taverns of 1820s America; microphones, amplifiers, and other conveniences are absent.
