Performances at 6:00PM & 8:00PMA perennial Tavern Concert favorite, Harbortown presents folk favorites and story songs of yore. The group features Bob Wright, Bob Conroy, Jan Christensen, and Bill Doerge.
About Tavern Concerts:
This indoor winter concert series takes place in the Guyon Tavern, located on Richmond Road. The Tavern boasts a wood-burning stove, flickering candles, live music and the true feel of a 19th century saloon. Beverage options harken back to the period and include hot spiced apple cider, homemade mulled wine, as well as a refreshing selection of beers. A variety of musical acts perform in the tavern each season. Solo acts, duos and mid-sized bands present folk songs of the young American Republic, original songs, and modern covers. Tavern Concerts provide an authentic unplugged musical experience true to the taverns of 1820s America; microphones, amplifiers, and other conveniences are absent.
