🌈 Ceremonial Cacao: We will begin with a cup of sacred ceremonial cacao, traditionally prepared to open the heart and enhance emotional healing. This ancient Mayan elixir promotes feelings of love, relaxation, and joy while helping to balance your body’s neurotransmitters, leaving you with a sense of peace and alignment.
💧 Comfortable and Nourished: We provide yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and water to ensure you feel relaxed and nurtured throughout the ceremony. Feel free to bring any additional items for your comfort.
🕰 Event Time: Join us at 7:00 PM for a 2.5-hour journey of healing and connection.

- Please refrain from drinking coffee or any other stimulants at least 3 hours before the ceremony.
