It's our October meeting, This month we have a special guest - Ann Shorthouse from Taunton Kinesiology. Ann has been running a natural health, beauty and nutrition business for ten years and is passionate about introducing people to alternative ways of looking after their health. Kinesiology is a holistic therapy which uses muscle response testing to measure the motor response of the central nervous system to a sensory challenge. By doing this, imbalances can be determined and methods to rebalance the body can be indicated.
