And what better place to start this new tradition than on the shore of the Susquehanna River, nestled within the rolling Appalachian Mountains, my hometown of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania–a city that has never seen anything like this before!Tattoo Punks: The Fest is a celebration of punk and tattoo subculture. Two days of tattooing, three nights of punk, hardcore, and rock ’n’ roll, featuring tattooers and vendors from around the world.
