“Kristi Lecocq and Micah Walk (both of Springfield, IL) formed the Tater Tots in 2017. They are professional musicians who have each been gigging throughout central IL and across the Midwest for over 25 years. Together as the Tater Tots, Kristi and Micah have performed at elementary schools, preschools, daycare facilities, libraries, family-oriented community events, fairs, malls, festivals, private functions, and more!The Tater Tots aim to provide fun, quality children’s entertainment while also incorporating engaging movement and encouraging participation to stimulate young, growing minds and foster their imaginations and creativity. Repertoire consists of favorite kids classics, oldies, current (kid-appropriate) pop/rock tunes with their own “Tater Tot spin,” as well as several original compositions. Their music can be enjoyed by all ages. The Tater Tots invite all audience members to sing, dance, jump, clap, stomp, be silly, or just listen and enjoy the music!”
Join us at 9am for Crafts and Tot Friendly Concessions provided by Hoogland Performing Arts Education Creators.
