About this Event
Chef Katie of The Hungry Hiker is teaming up with the ladies of Wild Whisk Ohio to create an unforgettable appetizer and dessert pairing with Lost Trail wines.
Participants will experience the following selections, paired with 4,3 oz samples each of our wines:
Altitiude (chardonnay) with a chicken and waffle skewer and caramel vanilla cake (made with Altitude)
The Guide (cabernet savignon) with a beef, pork and veal meatball with marinara sauce and cherry cobbler (made with The Guide)
Triad (Concord, Niagara, Catawba blend) with pumpkin hummus and naan dipper and dark chocolate hazlenut cake
Kienuka (Niagara) with a pineapple and pecan cheese ball and poached pear frangipane (made with Kienuka)
