About this Event
You found it! New York City's newest, and best, bagel-making workshop! This live, hands-on experience makes a perfect gift!
TASTING HISTORY is a two-hour, hands-on class where you will mix, shape, boil, and bake old-school New York bagels from scratch, while learning about the bagel’s deep connection to Lower East Side history. You'll enjoy hand-made [by you!] bagels fresh from the oven, and will leave with the skills and the recipe to make them in your own kitchen. This is a unique, delicious, and only-in-New-York experience that combines MAKING and MEANING!

“I loved the bagel making class. What a great evening out! We had some laughs with the group, we had an entertaining bagel history lesson and we ate delicious bagels. I'll take that over going out to the bar for drinks any time.” - AN
