Join Dancing Dogs Yoga for a one-day immersive workshop designed to give you a real taste of our transformative Yoga Teacher Training experience.

This special event offers a hands-on introduction to the magic, depth, and connection that happens inside our Yoga Teacher Training programs. Led by Shelley Carroll and the DDY team you'll get to fully experience the support and learning our teacher training offers.

Whether you're considering our program for personal growth or to become a yoga teacher, this is your chance to dive in and explore.

10:00 AM – Arrival & Welcome

‍️ 10:30 – 11:45 AM – All-levels Yoga Practice

11:45 AM – 12:45 PM – Lunch Break (BYO or explore local eats)

12:45 – 5:00 PM – Mini Workshops
