Taste of some Tokyo classics! Join us with our tutor, Jethro who will walk you through the delicious dishes and ingredients.You will make three recipes and get to take them all home to enjoy for dinner (the Okonomiyaki never makes it into the takeaway tubs!)
Each recipe is packed with flavour and you will learn how to recreate these dishes at home and our tutor will be able to advise where you can source your own ingredients when you come to cook again for friends and family.
