What do you get when one best friend runs a brewery, one runs a restaurant, and they decide to combine their talents into one special evening? A culinary collaboration that is sure to rock your Sunday!Taste of Tokyo is a unique food pop-up event featuring a six-part food tasting menu prepared by the Wells Hotel along with a six-part beer pairing curated by Barkerville Brewing (non-alcoholic options also available).
The Menu:
* Hors d’ouevre: pork and shrimp dumpling
* Soup: mushroom miso ramen soup
* Appetizer: sesame crusted tuna tataki
* Salad: sunomono cucumber and rice noodle salad
* Main: miso glazed salmon with rice and asparagus
* Dessert: strawberry matcha shortcake
*IMPORTANT* this is a set menu event. Substitutions and alternatives to the food menu will not be available.
