DEMONSTRATION EVENT.

On the menu tonight:
Traditional chickpea and garlic hummus to start as your appetizer.
Tabbouleh Salad: parsley and barley with tomatoes, spices, lemon juice... so refreshing!
Kibbe Bel Sanieh: Finely ground lean beef combined with fine bulgur and spices is sandwiched in between a layer of sautéed seven-spiced course ground beef with onions and pine nuts and baked to a beautiful golden brown. Such a satisfying dish!
Za'atar Roasted Cauliflower: with tahini, lemon juice and pomegranate molasse.
Lebanese Night: aka Layali Lubnan is a Semolina Pudding topped with a creamy layer, an abundance of pistachio, simple syrup and shredded Kataifi pastry.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
