She guides others toward deeper self-love and meaningful connection with the world around them. Alongside her athletic achievements, Tori is a Master Reiki practitioner, certified in Nonviolent Communication, certified Five Element Tibetan Tantric Practioner and Sexologist, and Herbal Medicine certified(Cornell University). She blends these modalities to guide others in remembering their wholeness.

Tibetan 5 Element Tantra is a branch of the Vajrayana tradition that focuses on the lineage-based practice of Shangpa Kaygu. THIS IS AGE OLD WISDOM!

We focus on using the 5 elemental forces of fire, earth, space, air, and water, to connect to and heal the 5 energy portals within our central channels. It is an eastern science that not only heals the physical body but the energy body.

True tantra is the weaving of light and sound, with form. While we practice this principal, we will also incorporate a mix of somatic sexual healing practices, non-violent communication, western science, and Daoism.
