Led by Sarah Simiele, ACS CCP, this class will dive into the stories, techniques, and cultural roots behind each selection, perfect for curious beginners and seasoned cheese lovers alike!The class will be held at The Wedge, next door to The Curd Nerd. The bar will be open at The Wedge for attendees before and during the class. Doors open at 5:30pm & the class begins at 6:00pm.
