The 2026 Taste of Little Rock will honor Tom Brannon. Tom has a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Certificate of Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University and holds the Television Seal of Approval in meteorology from the National Weather Association.100% of the proceeds directly support students through scholarships ranging from $1,000 -$5,000 annually. Due to the increase in support, the Alumni Association has been able to award hundreds of scholarships through this program in its more than two decades of existence, helping countless students finish their degree. The Association awarded over $200,000 to 38 UA Little Rock students scholarships last academic year 2024-2025.
The success of UA Little Rock and Taste of Little Rock is intrinsically bound to the Little Rock community. Almost 85% of UA Little Rock graduates stay in Central Arkansas, and a well-educated community is an economic boon to the city.
Taste of Little Rock 2026 is set for Tuesday, April 7, and serves as an opportunity for UA Little Rock alumni and friends to give back to our institution while having a great time!
