Taste of Lititz Quick Draw

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Artists eligible to participate ni the Taste of Lititz Quick Draw event must be 18 years or older.
• A $15 fee per artist is due at time of registration. Light refreshments will be provided. All artwork must be for sale. (See Below)
• Any medium used to create 2-dimensional art is permissible: oils, acrylics, watercolors, pencil, pen, pastel, ink, charcoal, fibers, etc.
• Artwork must be completed from a blank canvas "En Plein Air" or creating in open air directly from the landscape.
• The Quick Draw area is limited to a fifteen minute walk from the Moravian Church Square, 8 East Main Street, Lititz.
• Keep scrolling for the day-of agenda.

SALE OF ARTWORK:

• All artwork must be for sale.
• Buyers will tear off the bottom portion of the ID form and bring it to the check-out table to make a purchase.
• Artists receive 80% of the amount received for their paintings. Checks will be mailed from the Lititz Art Association.
• A 20% commission will benefit Venture Lititz, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization hosting the Taste of Lititz.
• A PA sales tax of 6% will be collected at the time of sale.

Info: Artists check in at the Quick Draw Registration Table at Moravian Church Square, 8 East Main Street, Lititz. Artists not previously registered may register and pay the $20 fee at this time.

Info: Artists paint/draw within the Quick Draw Area (within a fifteen minute walk of Moravian Church Square)

Info: Light refreshments are provided to participants. Artists wire and frame, mat or gallery wrap their Quick Draw Art for display easels. (If you require an easel, the Lititz Art Association will have tabletop easels available for use.) Artists label their art using the ID forms provided at Registration. Both sections must be filled out. Artists return their work on easels to Moravian Church Square for judging, display, and sales.

Info: Artwork is on display/for sale as part of the Taste of Lititz Block Party. Event organizers will monitor and handle sales so that artists can enjoy Downtown Lititz and the Taste of Lititz Festival as long as their personal schedules permit.

Info: All unsold artwork and easels must be picked up artists.
