In this hands-on class, we’re grilling, wrapping, and dipping our way through a Greek feast that’ll make you want to shout “Opa!” We’ve got halloumi that’s crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and perfectly paired with fresh herbs. The chicken souvlaki is so juicy you’ll want to write it a love letter. The spanakopita will make you forget how to pronounce “phyllo dough” because you’re too busy devouring it. And a tzatziki sauce so smooth and creamy, you’ll want to put it on everything. Let’s get Mediterranean and make your kitchen smell like a sunny day in Santorini!
