We’re talking golden, soul-soothing Chicken Soup with Matzo Balls that’ll make Bubbe proud, succulent Braised Chicken with Spring Vegetables that screams fresh and fabulous, and a crispy Potato and Leek Galette that’ll have you questioning why you don’t make it year-round. To note: we use oil instead of butter to keep this dairy free for our Kosher guests! And just when you think you can’t eat another bite? Boom—Passover Apple Cake, because no holiday meal is complete without a little sweet indulgence.
