The Louisiana Restaurant Association Cenla Chapter proudly presents Taste of Central Louisiana, a reimagined version of our beloved signature fundraiser, taking place Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the beautiful Randolph Riverfront Center.

For the first time in over 30 years, our traditional Taste of Mardi Gras is taking a one-year pause out of respect for our restaurant partners during Valentine’s weekend. Don’t worry — we’ll be back for Mardi Gras 2027! This spring, we invite you to experience all the great food, drinks, and fun you’ve come to love, just with a fresh new seasonal twist.

Proceeds from Taste of Central Louisiana will support meaningful local causes, including:

• LRA Programs, including the Education Foundation and Louisiana ProStart, supporting culinary and hospitality education in Cenla
• Children’s Miracle Network
• Local Programs including Manna House, Food Bank of Central LA, and River Oaks Arts Square

• Enjoy live music and entertainment throughout the evening
• Sample incredible food and beverages from some of Central Louisiana’s top restaurants and beverage partners
• Celebrate Cenla’s vibrant hospitality community in a lively, welcoming atmosphere

• Cashless Event: This is a fully cashless event. Drink tickets will be available for purchase using credit card or Apple Pay.

• Note: Event is held during Lent, but not on a Friday
