Taste in the Dark: Valentine’s Day Edition is an immersive, couples-only dinner and show experience, designed to deepen connection through taste, sound, and surprise. Set inside 2 Vance, with breathtaking Mississippi River views, this intimate evening blends blindfolded sensory tasting, elevated cuisine, live music, and a mystery performance element that unfolds throughout the night.
This is not just dinner—it’s a curated experience for couples seeking a unique, luxurious, and unforgettable Valentine’s celebration.

- Blindfolded Sensory Tasting
- Begin the evening with three guided blindfolded bites, crafted to heighten flavor, texture, and anticipation.

General Admission – $350 per couple
- Includes a welcome cocktail or mocktail

VIP Experience – $500 per couple
Includes everything from General Admission plus:
- A dozen roses for your partner
- A bottle of wine for your table

A bar will be available serving wine and the signature cocktail of the evening.
Guest will enjoy a thoughtfully curated, chef-driven three course dining experience. In keeping the blindfolded sensory journey, each course is an intentional element of suprise.

Start time: (2:30pm-3:30pm)
This will start AND end on time.
Enjoy an intimate Meet the Chef Experience with Chef Bean.
This private pre-event includes:
- Elevated tapas-style bites
- Wine service
- Socializing and a meet & greet with Chef Bean
- A relaxed, upscale space to connect before the main dinner and show
- Candle making demonstration ( Each couple will take home a candle as a keepsake)

- Surprise elements will be revealed during the event
- Dress code: romantic, upscale attire encouraged
- Please arrive on time so you do not miss the blindfolded bites. We will not go back once we have already started.

This is experience is not designed to accomodate vegan or gluten free dietary requests. A refined vegetaian option will be offered in place of the main protein.
